The SatisFactory Project is a collective of behavioral scientists focusing on people in a work context. Thanks to our down-to-earth perspective, humor, and sensitivity, we get to the heart of the matter in no time. This allows us to work towards sustainable and visible change in a short period.

Vision
The SatisFactory Project believes that the high level of psychological and physical complaints in our society is telling us something. Apparently, the way we structure our daily reality is not feasible for the way our body and mind function. In response, you can start looking for the further development of humanity (for example, with artificial intelligence), but you can also take a curious look at what ingredients people need to feel truly comfortable in their own skin and to flourish. And when you facilitate that environment, many complaints vanish like snow in the sun.
Survival of the fittest
Evolution shows us that the strongest species does not survive through one-dimensional strengths, but through the degree to which one can respond flexibly to the challenges that come one's way. Furthermore, we see that humans have managed to develop so far due to our high degree of social cooperation. That brings us to two questions:
