Who are we

from person to person

The SatisFactory Project is a collective of behavioral scientists with a focus on people at work. With a grounded perspective, humor and sensitivity, we quickly get to what truly matters. From there, we help create change that is both visible and lasting.

Vision

The SatisFactory Project believes that the growing number of mental and physical health complaints in our society is trying to tell us something. Maybe the way we shape our daily lives no longer fits the way our bodies and minds are designed to work. We can respond to that by pushing ourselves further, for example through artificial intelligence. But we can also choose to look more closely, and with curiosity, at what people truly need to feel at home in themselves and to flourish. When we create the right conditions, many complaints naturally begin to fade.

Survival of the fittest

Evolution teaches us that survival is not about one single strength, but about being able to adapt when circumstances change. The species that thrive are the ones that can adapt, respond and find their way through changing circumstances. What has helped us grow as humans is not just intelligence, but our ability to live, learn and create together. This leads us to two questions:

What GrondVoorWaarden do we need to be and to stay flexible?

What Grondvoorwaarden do we need to work together effectively?

Our fundamental conditions:

Safety

Connection (with each other and our goals)

Curiosity

Playfulness

Physical health

 Delay / reflection

Our promise

In everything we do, we help people and organizations create the conditions they need to thrive. For individuals, this means living and making choices in line with what truly matters to them. For organizations, it means building a human centred way of working, with clear direction, expectations and goals.

We will always focus on strengthening the core, rather than resolving consequences or symptoms.

Please note: our services require a curious eye, a moral compass, and a willingness to experiment.

Are you willing to work on (your) health in a fundamentally different way?
We would love to help you.
